Our patent-pending Extend-Hem technology and hidden sliding waistband allow each garment to expand up to 2 inches in the waist and adjust in length. The expandability is completely invisible—no visible elastic, pleats, or drawstrings. Your child looks polished and put-together while the garment quietly adapts to their growth.

Our first production run is limited, so we anticipate strong demand. We recommend pre-ordering during the December window to guarantee your size and colorway. Once pre-orders close, availability will depend on remaining inventory.

Yes! Pre-orders can be modified or cancelled up to 48 hours before the pre-order window closes. After that, orders are locked in for production. Contact us on the contact page if you need to make changes to your order

We're producing limited quantities for this first launch. If your size sells out you can sign up for restock reminders and we'll notify you as soon as new inventory is available.

Shipping

All pre-orders are scheduled to ship late January to early February.

Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, so earlier pre-orders will ship first. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Please note: pre-order timelines are estimates and may shift slightly due to production or logistics, but we will proactively communicate any updates.

Shipping times begin after your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase.

  • United States:
    Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • International Orders:
    International shipping typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Customs delays, duties, and local carrier timelines are outside our control. Any applicable taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100.

Orders under $100 and all international orders will see shipping costs calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.

Returns

Email us at Rootsandrivetscompany@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We'll provide a return label and guide you through the process.

We stand behind our heirloom-quality construction. If you discover a manufacturing defect, we'll cover it for 1 year from the date of purchase. Contact us and we'll make it right.
