Grow-Ease™ Size Guide

Traditional kids sizing assumes children grow evenly. They don’t. Most toddlers grow taller before they grow wider — which is why pants become too short while the waist still fits.

Grow-Ease™ is built differently. Both waist and length are adjustable, so you can size for longevity — not just “right now.” This guide will help you choose confidently and reduce returns.

How to Measure

  1. Measure your child’s waist at the belly button (natural waist).
  2. Compare to the waist range in the chart below.
  3. Consider growth direction (tall vs proportional) when deciding whether to size up.

Because the waist adjusts internally, you can size up for length without creating the loose-waist problem traditional denim causes.

Example: Tall 3-Year-Old (XS vs S)

Many 3-year-olds measure 17–18 inches in waist but are tall for their age. In traditional denim, you size up for length and end up with a waist that won’t stay secure.

With Grow-Ease™, the waist adjusts internally. That means a tall child can size into S for added length while maintaining a secure waist fit.

Why This Reduces Waste

Most kids clothing is grown out of — not worn out. Adjustable construction extends wear time and reduces replacement cycles.
